Billing Schedule and Payment Policy
Charges are based on the complexity of each project, the type of service performed, and the level of skills required. Rates can be discussed to accommodate your budget. My fees are reasonable and very much negotiable in this economy. I will work with you within your budget to satisfy both of us.
I utilize a timestamp on my computer which generate the correct amount of hours I've worked on a project which is available to you.
Working with retainers is half down and the rest upon completion.
Checks are accepted $25.00 fee for all returned checks Rates are based on per project Hourly or flat rates available Pay As You Go - ($15.00 per hour, again negotiable) Request a quote for a specific project Travel expenses are billed for mileage and time Invoices can be submitted via email as a PDF, by fax or mail
All expenses incurred by me specific to the operation of a client's business (e.g. mailings, postage, office supplies specific to the client's needs), are billed separately.
