ABOUT ME

 

    

                                                                            I am the Director and Owner of  AVL Assisting You™

 

I attended Marymount Manhattan College and as a result, was able to create my first home business as a travel consultant for pro-athletes.  I have attended throughout the years, many seminars to help with learning the ropes to further educate me in assisting my clients to the utmost with their businesses. 

My name is A Valerie Staron, owner of AVL Assisting You™.  I have over 10 years of corporate and non profit office experience.  Most of which lead to life-experiences.  I've gained a tremendous amount of knowledge throughout those years to now become your Virtual Executive Assistant. During those years, I was able to managed my small travel consultant business for pro-athletes which provided me with life-long knowledge and expertise in all that I do today having worn many hats. A recently retiree, I am presently working as a Virtual Assistant from my home-based office offering those years of experience to clients who require a high-level of service that would be personalized to their requirements.

I work with other professional Virtual Assistants who is well trained in what they do with extensive experience in all Microsoft software.

 

I love a challenge and the most challenging thing about my business is getting to know you and your company and for you to see that I have the experience and ability to be of assistance to you along with my staff.  I am a team player, work independently with little or no supervision, detailed oriented, analytical, good turn around using good time management.  I am fully in control of my work as my staff is with high quality, reliability, follow-up, and not to mention, the ability to juggle multiple tasks and handle deadlines efficiently.

 

Having the desire for interior and exterior house design attracted me in the direction of architectural and construction and especially with "newbies".  I am quite knowledgable in the field and wear many hats, including a "hard" hat.  

 

I want to acquire a virtuous balanced working relationship with my clients so that I may expand my knowledge further and to experience every diversified project you throw my way.  I'd like to divulge in a business that is new and those that are thriving with plenty of diversity - something that will allow me to get involved in all aspects of your day-to-day activity - providing traditional and exceptional virtual administrative assisting. 

 

I have lived at my present residence in NYC for over 23 years (still there) and in the country in upstate NY for over five years with a clean driver's license.

 

I take all appropriate measures to assure you of mutual benefits, trust and confidentiality.  I have a business contract with a confidentiality agreement.
